Free 15-Minute Consultation
This 15-minute consultation is an opportunity to connect, share what’s bringing you to therapy, and ask any questions you may have. We can talk about what you’re looking for in therapy and whether my approach and areas of experience feel like a good fit for you.
There’s no pressure or expectation to book a session. Finding the right therapist matters, and sometimes the best way to know if it feels right is simply to have a conversation.
Individual Psychotherapy
50 minute session — $205
People come to therapy for many different reasons. Sometimes it's about getting through a difficult season of life; other times, it's about understanding yourself better, changing patterns that no longer feel helpful, or having a space to talk openly about what you're going through.
I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, self-esteem, relationships, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Our work might involve making sense of difficult experiences, exploring patterns in your thoughts, emotions, or relationships, and developing strategies to support you in your everyday life.
Executive Function Support
50 minute session — $205
Executive Function Support (EFS) combines principles of solution-focused therapy with practical coaching strategies to support you in managing the day-to-day demands that can feel difficult to organize, prioritize, or follow through on. Together, we’ll identify what is getting in the way, build on what is already working, and develop strategies that fit the way you actually function.
EFS can support areas such as organization, time management, prioritizing, planning, task initiation, follow-through, routines, and managing overwhelm. We’ll clarify your goals, break challenges into manageable steps, and work toward practical changes that feel realistic and sustainable.
Couples Therapy
50 minute session — $230
Couples therapy offers a supportive space to better understand one another and explore the patterns and dynamics within your relationship. We’ll explore how each partner’s experiences, needs, and ways of relating may be shaping the relationship, while working together to strengthen communication, navigate challenges, and build greater connection.
When ADHD is part of the relationship, therapy can also include an ADHD-informed lens to explore how differences in executive functioning, communication, emotional regulation, and day-to-day responsibilities may be influencing your relationship. Together, we can build a shared understanding of these patterns and develop practical strategies that support both partners and the relationship as a whole.
Our work will be guided by what matters to both of you and the kind of relationship you want to build together.
